Natisha Pratt brings extensive experience in affordable  housing,

property management, asset management, and community- centered

leadership throughout the Portland metropolitan region.  With a career 

rooted in operational excellence and equitable housing  practices, she

has supported communities across North, Northeast,  Southeast Portland,

and the Gresham area, developing a well- rounded understanding of the

unique challenges and opportunities facing  diverse housing portfolios.

Throughout her career, Natisha has managed and overseen properties

ranging from distressed  and highly challenged assets to stabilized,

high-performing communities. Her experience spans  portfolios graded

from F-level performance to A+ operational standards, providing her

with  firsthand knowledge of the complexities involved in repositioning

troubled assets, improving  operations, strengthening compliance, and sustaining long-term property performance. This  depth of experience allows her to bring both strategic insight and practical solutions to ownership  groups, management agents, and housing organizations navigating complex operational  environments.

Currently serving as an Asset Manager for one of Oregon’s largest affordable housing providers,  Natisha oversees a substantial portfolio of affordable housing communities throughout the  Portland Metro area. Her expertise includes asset preservation, compliance oversight,  operational strategy, portfolio optimization, stakeholder engagement, and long-term  sustainability planning. She is recognized for her ability to bridge strategy with execution while  maintaining a strong focus on resident-centered housing solutions.

Natisha is also a graduate of the Oregon Housing and Community Services Permanent Supportive  Housing (PSH) Cohort, further strengthening her expertise in supportive housing models, housing  stability programs, and collaborative community-based solutions designed to serve vulnerable  populations with dignity and effectiveness. In addition, she holds certifications and specialized  training in NSPIRE, HUD, and Rural Development (RD) compliance standards, as well as  certification as an Asset Management Specialist. These credentials strengthen her ability to  support organizations in regulatory compliance, property inspections, operational readiness,  portfolio performance, and long-term housing sustainability.

Her educational background includes an Associate degree in Computer Forensics and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, along with more than a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. This multidisciplinary foundation contributes to her strengths in leadership, systems management, compliance, problem-solving, and organizational development.

Beyond her professional work, Natisha remains deeply committed to community impact and  advocacy. In 2021, she co-founded a nonprofit organization serving communities throughout  Oregon and Washington, focused on youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and outreach  efforts supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Through community partnerships and  volunteer initiatives, she has helped organize school supply drives, holiday giving programs, food  distributions, and other initiatives designed to strengthen and uplift local communities.

Through Consulting Connextions, LLC, Natisha is dedicated to helping affordable and  conventional housing organizations improve operational performance, strengthen compliance,  navigate complex challenges, and build sustainable foundations for long-term success. Her  approach combines real-world industry experience, strategic leadership, and a deep  understanding of the communities housing organizations serve.
